Q.何故(なぜ）タイムレコーダーを押（お）すのか？
A.厚労省（こうろうしょう）は、労働者（ろうどうしゃ）の労働時間（ろうどうじかん）を適正（てきせい）に記録（きろく）する事（こと）を決（き）めています。
その為（ため）には手書（てが）きでも、タイムレコーダーでも、ICチップ付（つき）きレコーダーでも、備（そな）え付（つ）ける義務（ぎむ）はありません。
しかし、適正（てきせい）な勤怠管理（きんたいかんり）をするには欠（か）かせません。
タイムカードの打刻時間（だこくじかん）が必（かなら）ず正（ただ）しい勤務時間（きんむじかん）だとは言（い）えませんが、勤怠管理（きんたいかんり）をするには何（なに）かの方法（ほうほう）が必要（ひつよう）です。
その為（ため）のひとつとして、タイムレコーダーを押（お）すと（い）う事（こと）があります。
